Claremont CA sophomore Maddie Coles placed seventh in the Division 2 girls final at the CIF Southern Section Championships in Riverside, Calif. Coles covered the 3-mile Riverside course in 17:16.3 for the Wolfpack, which had four athletes in the top 22 to finish second with 116 points following three consecutive division titles.
